From the owner

The Villa is an ideal holiday home for couples and/or small families that sleeps four comfortably in two bedrooms. Set in a peaceful location in a gated estate with a private swimming pool and a private garden area. It is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with many amenities and provides excellent opportunities for relaxing holidays.

The villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen along with a dining area. The comfortable lounge leads to the veranda where you can dine and relax over a drink in complete privacy. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned. A baby cot can be provided on request.

The villa is just 50 metres from the beach and within easy reach to local restaurants and shops. Moreover just across the street you can find a newly built Spa offering a range of services and treatments!

The town of Larnaca is only 15 minutes away, with its historical buildings and lively night life and its famous palm-tree promenade; it provides a relaxing and local point of interest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Evdokia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
