Pervolia attracts many tourists looking for a flavour of local village life. The village has a beautiful centre which traffic is blocked off in the evenings during the summer months allowing for outdoor restaurant seating and dancing.

There are 5 or 6 restaurants in the village itself, all serving English and Cypriot cuisine, and an English pub. There are karaoke, belly dancing, bazouki nights, quiz's weekly. All 5-10 mins walk away from Sarah's Villa. Locally there are other restaurants and tavernas dotted nearby, offering plenty of choice to eat out.

Pervolia beach (pebbly) is a 10 min walk, and the nearby Faros beach (sandy) a 10 minute drive.

You can visit the camel park at Mazatos, salt lakes at Larnaca. The near- by villages of Kiti, and Meneou also offer smaller shops and bakeries. The nearby town of Larnaca is only 15 min drive or hop on the local bus. 10-15 mins from Larnaca airport. Some aircraft noise can be heard.

The road around the complex, running outside the front of the villa is not finished - hence the low rental price. The road has not had the tarmac put down yet, however you can still drive on it.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, one double and 2 single beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a double inflatable bed and another sofa bed which can sleep 2 if required. Sleeps 6 maximum.

Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob, microwave, water cooler, dining and lounge open plan. Balcony with sea views. One family bathroom with shower and 2 WC. Children's games, PlayStations 2 and 3 with various games, books, satellite TV, satellite internet and TV, DVD, hi fi.

Two cots and two high chairs available for use.

Further details outdoors

A large communal pool complete with sun loungers, parasols and an outside seating area. The pool area also has separate shower and toilets. Also has various lilos, boards and other pool toys. Communal gardens and palm trees surround the pool area providing additional shade and privacy. Bicycles can be hired locally at very reasonable rates.

Note: the pool is not heated and is covered in the winter (normally 1 November through to March 31 but please ask for specific dates).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
