Our property would make an ideal base for visitors to Perthshire as it is situated in the heart of Perth only a 5 minute walk from both the Railway Station and the Bus Station which provide transport links throughout the UK.

Gleneagles daily transfers during the Ryder Cup in September 2014 can also be arranged at an additional cost however the train service from Perth to Gleneagles Station is between 15-20 minutes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (and more) for catering during your stay. It also houses the washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an outdoor area to air laundry.

The bathroom has WC, sink, bath and separate shower.

The bedrooms are decorated in the same neutral relaxing style one of which is larger than the other. The beds in both rooms are double ottoman style beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses so there is extra storage space for luggage during your stay.

The lounge has a flat screen LED television fitted offering various channels for viewing. There are 2 white stylish sofas and a dining table and chairs to comfortably sit 4 people.

For visitors travelling with children we can provide a cot, high chair, steriliser, pushchair, car seat(s). If there is anything not listed which you require then please ask and we will do what we can to assist.

Within a 5 minute walk is the town centre for shopping, restaurants/bars, theatre/entertainment. There is also a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk of the property. There are also at least 2 large 24 hour supermarkets in Perth.

Within a 10/15 minute walk is the cinema and Perth Leisure Pool.

Popular areas of recreation are the South Inch Park and North Inch Park. The South Inch Park is only a couple of minutes walk from the property and the North Inch Park is slightly further, 10 minutes but a beautiful location by the River Tay. These are very nice areas to cycle and are well equipped for cyclists.

For the golf enthusiast there are many local golf clubs in the area however if you are interested in visiting the more famous courses then Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie are all accessible in less than one hour
