This self-catering apartment is set within a traditional 3 stroey villa. It has been recently refurbished and has exceptional views across the River Tay.

There are a few steps down to accommodation. Internally there is a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / family room with coal effect gas fire and a sofa bed. The living room has a coal effect gas fire, windows overlooking the garden and the River Tay, There are 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin, a family bathroom with bath with a, separate shower cubicle. There is also another WC.

This lovely property is bright and spacious. It is ideal for couples, friends or family groups or indeed for business visitors.

It is just a short walk into Perth City Centre with Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, shops, hotels and restaurants. Perth has excellent train and road links making it readily accessible to Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the Highlands.

Just 10 minutes walk into Perth City Centre, Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, hotels and restaurants ensure many amenities and attractions are right on the doorstep. For those seeking a little adventure, the accommodation is 10 - 15 minutes drive to Scone Aerodrome; a popular micro-light and helicopter centre. Less than an hour's drive to the Glenshee ski centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Dunkeld forestry walks and cycling. It's also just under 1 hour drive from the Cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow and less than 2 hours from the world renowned Loch Fyne Oyster Restaurant.

There are various events running in the area throughout the year ... here's a few of them;

Scone Palace, the crowning site for the kings of Scotland, famous for the Game Fair (July) Horse Trials (April) and Perth Races (April-September)

“Excellent property and location for vacation stay in Perth.”

Rented the garden apartment and was most impressed by the facilities. Fully equipped for self catering and great location for a short walk into the city center. Garden area is excellent for outdoor relaxation or entertainment, if weather permits. Will be back.
