Golfing pros and amateurs alike will be spoilt for choice in Perth, with the King James VI (stretching along the River Tay) and North Inch Golf Courses just a few minutes away from the City Centre. Although Perth Racecourse has regular racing fixtures, it's not all about the horses, with The Perth Festival and Perth in Bloom being held at Scone Palace Park. Thrill seekers can visit New House Farm and take part in Quad biking, Tank driving, High ropes, Highland Games and much more. Anglers can fish for Trout and Salmon along the Tay and River Isla, with guided fishing trips taking place throughout the season. Perth boasts walks of differing grades, a favourite being the Moncrieffe Hill path; a beautiful route through the woodland managed by the Woodland Trust. And for those looking for a little more luxury, Bannatyne's Spa provides perfect pampering packages offering treatments, a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool.

Both Edinburgh and Glasgow can be reached in around 1 hour by car or direct train link.

“Perfect Apartment”

Reviewed 29 Mar 2016

The apartment was excellent! It was bright, spacious, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery and lots of cupboard space for food and drinks to be stored. The flat was cosy and there was always plenty of hot water. The view across the back garden down to the river was lovely. It was ideally situated...just a short walk into the town. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
