Description from owner

Description

New Row is a first floor apartment in a traditional block of six built in the late 1800's. It is warm and comfortable in winter with double glazing and central heating yet fresh and cool all summer. The two double bedrooms comfortably sleeps 1-4 people. It is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern fixtures and fittings yet it retains lots of its original features throughout, and although it is situated in the centre of town and within walking distance of the train station, bus depot and most of the town attractions, it is just off the beaten track with little traffic noise and has on street and NCP parking in front of the apartment. At the back of the property the peaceful garden area is enclosed but captures the sun and in the summer months and is ideal for setting up a barbeque or just lazing on the sun beds.

“Coasy, central, well equiped, confortable and a lot of space”

Reviewed 2 Jun 2014

We had a very nice time in Perth and a very confortable stay in the apartment. We requested a cot, high chair and a baby bath and we had it all arranged before our arrival. The hosts were very kind. It is also very central within Perth, and Perth is a good location to visit wonderful sites in Central Scotland.

“Lovely apartment, excellent value”

Reviewed 1 May 2014

Stayed here with my parents, myself and my husband and 3 month old baby. The apartment is quite spacious and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We were visiting family in the area. We were very comfortable here. It was warm (for our April stay), clean and the owners were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We felt it was excellent value for money.

Thank you so much for taking time out to write such a lovely review. We aim to please and as such we are so pleased that you and your family had such a comfortable stay in our New Row apartment. We would love to welcome you back again so any time you are in Perth please look us up. Kind Regards Norma
