Parliament Place is a stylish, modern apartment situated on the 2nd floor in a very quiet building in Parliament Place West Perth, overlooking the parks and gardens adjacent to Parliament House. It is short 5 minute walk to the western end of the Perth CBD with all the shopping, dining and business opportunities the city has to offer.

The apartment has 2 master bedrooms, both with queen beds and their own bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and relaxing lounge area leading onto a balcony complete with outdoor dining and bbq – the perfect place to start and finish your day with a lovely view of the gardens and historic buildings of the area.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has secure undercover parking under the building. There is also a roof top lap pool and outdoor lounging area with impressive views over the Parliament buildings to the Swan River and the city.

We are also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth.

Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time. If you would just like a quick tidy up and your beds made, it would be $40 per hour.

Parliament Place is a very pleasant alternative to the hotel lifestyle.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings.

The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Watch out for our famous hungry sharks though :) Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area. Parliament Place is situated only a few minutes walk to magnificent Kings Park, which thanks to some very forward thinking ancestral city fathers, is a large 1000 acre tract of natural bushland which has been preserved in it's native state, right on the edge of CBD. It is criss crossed with a multitude of walking and cycling paths and is also home to several award winning restaurants and cafes, in several locations throughout the park.

From Kings Park and the beautiful Swan River with the multitude of walking and cycling trails in its city surrounds, the historic University of Western Australia, 5 of the city's major hospitals and the many attractions of the wining, dining and café culture of the Subiaco, Perth city, Leederville, Highgate and Northbridge areas, to the business and shopping opportunities of the CBD, the apartment is right in the middle of this hub of excitement. We are also just a short distance to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), delightful Matilda Bay, the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.Trains and buses are also close by for that visit to any of Perth's fabulous iconic pristine beaches or perhaps the historic port city of Fremantle.
