Description

Perth's famous Swan River Foreshore is straight across the road. Barrack St Jetty and the brand new Elizabeth Quay are just a short walk away. From here you can visit Perth's Bell Tower or catch a boat. It's just a short ferry ride across to South Perth to visit the Zoo. Alternatively you can take a scenic river cruise to historic Fremantle or the ferry to Rottenest Island.

Jacob's Ladder is only 100 m away and will take you up to Kings Park & Botanic Garden. Kings Park offers breathtaking views of the river and city as well as a raft of things to do and see. There are great parks for the kids and a tree-top walk for more great city views, just to name a few.

The apartment is only a short walk into the city centre for fabulous shopping and dining. If you've got too many shopping bags to carry back or have over-indulged there's always the free city bus which will take you back to the front door of the apartment.

Why can't I call Gavin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gavin (the owner) a message.

If Gavin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
