Welcome to The Cottage. Located in the centre of the picturesque village of Perranuthnoe, The Cottage is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The sandy beach is a short walk away with excellent cliff walks along the coastal path. St Michaels Mount is just 2 miles away in the quaint seaside town of Marazion, whilst Penzance, St Ives, Lands End and the Lizard Peninsula are a short drive.

The Cottage has recently been refurbished with a newly fitted fully-equipped kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms, lounge, shower room and enclosed south-facing garden.We aim to everything you need for a perfect getaway! A separate 1 bedroom adjoining cottage (Littlecot) is available to book via Holiday Lettings in addition to the main property, ideal for family get-togethers or larger groups.

Unlimited wi-fi is included in the price.

The cottages are 500m from a beautiful sandy, safe beach. It is just a short walk to the Victoria Inn which serves award-winning food. Two cafes are also located in the village The Cabin Beach Cafe and The Peppercorn Kitchen which are both excellent and definitely worth a visit.

“A little piece of paradise”

This is our happy place and we love coming here. The Cottage is just perfect in so many ways. The location is ideal for young families, with the beach just a few hundred metres away. The cottage itself is perfect equipped with everything you could need for the perfect week away.

Excellent cottage in very good condition. Also very useful instructions given ref cottage facilities, and things to do. Perranuthnoe is a lovely place to base yourself for a holiday in Cornwall. Great beach and a lovely pub serving very good food. Thanks to the owners!!

Third stay at this delightful cottage. First time in half term and yet the beach was still pretty quiet which was lovely. The cottage has everything you can think of - it really is a home from home. We were lucky enough to be able to eat our evening meal in the gorgeous garden too this year. Cornwall is even more beautiful when the sun shines ☀️

“Quiet, cosy, characterful cottage”

Lovely cottage in a typical Cornish village, with great coastal walks and lovely beach. The cottage had all that was required. The village was quiet although close to Marazion which had great pubs and shops, as did Penzance. Visited Sennen beach which is outstanding and the walk to Lands End is well worth the effort. We will certainly visit the area again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
