This family home is just a minute walk away from Perranporths famous 3 mile sandybeach and the local town, a perfect location for a stress free holiday. Ideal for families, surfers, coastal walkers and guests that are looking for a relaxing stay in a typical Cornish home. With a lovely sunny courtyard to the rear of the property, a "hot spot" elevated decking area complete with bean bags and seating and a typical Cornish front garden there is plenty of room inside and out to relax what ever the weather.

The front living area comfortably seats 8+ and with its modern airy feel and extension through to the kitchen guests can enjoy a real get together with family and friends. The large kitchen diner makes for enjoyable social dining and with patio doors onto the courtyard area guests can eat alfresco if they wish to do so!.

Tucked away in the loft conversion is an en-suite bedroom with toilet and walk in shower, this has a double bed and plenty of floor space should a cot be required.

There is a newly fitted bathroom complete with walk in shower and double ended bath on the first floor.

There are a number of seaside items left for guests to use at number 8, buckets, spades, sea fishing rods, surf and body boards. All to be used and enjoyed.

Please note if you havent surfed previously it is worth taking a lesson from one of the local companies to gain surf knowledge. Bathsheba, a local surf shop offer very competivie rates.

With a bottle of wine waiting for you on arrival what could be more appealing than a holiday at number 8!

North Cornwall is an area of outstanding natural beauty, Perranporth, in North Cornwall, is a popular family holiday destination. With 3 miles of sandy beach facing west onto Perran Bay and the Atlantic Ocean Perranporth is a popular surfing location. There are lifeguard beach patrols from May to September and the beach is generally safe for bathing although there are dangerous rip currents around Chapel Rock at ebb tides.
At the south end of the beach are cliffs with natural arches, natural stacks and tin-mining adits.

Perranporth

Perranporth is a fantastic place to holiday for families, coastal walkers and people who enjoy the outdoors. There is so much to do in Perranpoth, from this property you can walk to the beach, tennis courts, bowling club, park with green picnic area. It is also walking distance to the local town with its bars and restaurants. If you enjoy coastal walking the footpath is a minute walk from number 8. With such amazing views at the end of the road number 8 is the perfect location for that relaxing holiday.
Within a 15 minute drive you can arrive at Truro city centre with numerous shops and nightclubs.
With the Watering Hole, the bar/restaurant on the beach there really is no better way to enjoy beach life.
