We usually hand over keys to visitors and say a brief hello, and leave guests to settle in with a cup of tea. We are happy to interact with guests as much or as little as suits them. “Annex at Wheal Leisure”

Annex at Wheal Leisure is a lovely place to spend your holiday, the Annex is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well looked after. Jo the owner welcomed us and ensured we had everything we required also left milk, sugar, tea and coffee for when we arrived and scones, jam and cream which was a lovely surprise. It is just a five minute walk to the village with shops and restaraunts etc. and to the beach. We would definitely recommend this holiday home.

The annex was clean, comfortable and had everything we required. The owners were very friendly, helpful and helped to make our stay stress free, they knew exactly what we needed without us even needing to ask. A great location, close to beach , shops and pubs and no problems parking. Perranporth is perfect for young families, families with teenagers and more the more mature family groups or friends.

Fantastic place to stay and we would definitely stay again! Jo and Nigel are very accommodating, welcoming and willing to offer help in any regard. We arrived early - no problem, we had need of surfboards - no problem, we had need of a hose to wash wetsuits - no problem. The Annex is spacious, light, airy and all three of us slept really well in very comfortable beds. Attention to detail is all important - from the scones, clotted cream and jam upon arrival (very yummy!) to the fully equipped kitchen, to the provision of basic necessities such as toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar as well as lovely finishing touches such as fresh flowers. All of the above made for a very comfortable and memorable stay. I also forgot to mention the off street parking and the fact that the property is only 5 minutes walk from the beach are huge pluses! Brilliant!

A well appointed and comfortable property. Superb location only a few minutes to shops and the great beach. On site parking a great bonus. Owners most friendly and helpful. Great place for surfers, walkers and those just wishing to have a relaxing holiday.
