Trehendra is a dormer bungalow in the seaside town of Perranporth, 5 mins walk from the town centre and the famous 2.5 mile beach of fine golden sand. Access is on (bumpy, private and quiet) Bolenna Lane, off St George's Hill (for St Agnes). There is a playing field 3 doors down with swing park, tennis and green space which is partly overlooked from the house. The house is on a sloping site, with a terrace which is on the sunny side till mid afternoon, overlooking the private garden. Parking off road for up to 4 cars.The master bedroom and living/dining room feature big bay windows with views from the sand dunes and golf course to the attractive Perrancoombe valley.The dormer double bedroom, accessed by a stairway from the kitchen also shares this outlook.From the parking area steps lead down to the utility room door, through to the kitchen with a small table.
