Description

A fabulous 3 bedroom villa just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach in Pernera. It's part of the very popular Crystal Lagoon gated development and is perfectly located just 2 minutes walk into town. Plus it has a HEATED POOL.

Villa Emily has had an extensive refurbishment and now looking fantastic. Three bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans upstairs; the master bedroom is en-suite and has a balcony and the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Its perfectly positioned in a quiet cul de sac just 2 minute stroll to the lovely beach and a similar distance into the town with all its restaurants and shops. A really lovely villa in the perfect spot.

Downstairs is a open plan with the kitchen tucked around the corner and patio doors that open out to the pool area or you can get to the garden.

Outside

A good sized private garden with privacy fencing and plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and for the kids to run wild!

The villa is fully fenced off from the public area and we provide fencing across one area of the garden to create a fenced play area with playhouse and toys so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave the patio door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the 8 x4 m pool. There's outside dining for 6 people with a large sun umbrella, sun loungers, pool and garden lighting if you are sitting outside late in the evening. A gazebo and outside furniture make a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the garden.

Although street parking is available, there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.

Getting around

Everything is an easy walk. Just a few minutes to everything you'll need and the safe sandy beach. We have an extensive out and about guide in the villa and Rosie (our local manager) can help you find anything you need. If you want to go further afield and don’t have a car we have a fabulous local family run taxi service which will take you anywhere locally for around 10 Euros (child seats included free).

Interaction with guest

We have a fabulous local team that will welcome you and look after you during your stay. If you arrive at a time when we can't meet you at the door then we make sure the keys are available in a secure safe at the front door.
