Description

Loukas and Emma Family Houses is a complex that offers spacious apartments with fully a equipped kitchen and a balcony or terrace, only 500 meters away from the famous black beach of Perissa. All houses provide free Wi-Fi.

All apartments are furnished in a modern style and equipped with flat screen TV and washing machine. They feature a living room and a kitchen with full cooking facilities and a dining table. They also include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The base price is for four guests per night and includes daily breakfast.

The house offers three bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests with the use of a sofa/bed. Each additional guest pays 25€ per night.

“Very Good Facility”

Loukas & Emma Houses was great for our stay for our sons wedding, Great little house. Bit disappointed no one there to meet us when we arrived in the evening and the number left on the office door did not work; we had to go through our emails to get a telephone number to use. No breakfast although website information still has this included, so this needs to be updated

How do damage deposits work?
