Villa Rosa Mauritius - 2-8 persons - Size : 190 m2 / 2051 sq.ft

Fully equipped modern spacious 4 bedrooms en-suite detached villa with own pool, close to beach, amenities and very good location.

Our beautiful homely L shape villa (built 2014) with its private swimming pool is comfortable, spacious, modern and light with open plan living, dining room, kitchen and patio. Enjoy cocktails, alfresco dining or BBQ with view of the private swimming pool and the garden.

For your comfort, the villa offers flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe for valuable, security alarm for peace of mind, sun loungers and phone for local calls. The caretaker / manager is closeby if you need any help.

There are 4 air-conditioning en-suite bedrooms; 1 king & 3 big double size beds, 1 double bed can be converted into 2 single beds and a separate WC & wash basin. We have a travel baby cot and a baby high chair. The king size bedroom leads directly to the swimming pool.

The villa has recently been repainted internally. We have a no smoking policy inside the house. Guests can smoke outside of the house and veranda. An ashtray is provided.

There are plenty of spaces for car parking at the villa. Refundable damage deposit 200 euros is taken on arrival and returned on departure. Free maid house cleaning 2 - 3 times a week and free internet.

Dinner service is available on request. Car hire or airport transfer can also be arranged.

We are flexible with check-in and check-out provided we have no check in on your departure date.Otherwise, check-in from 14h00 and check out by 10h00 to allow full house cleaning between guests

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie Shirley (the owner) a message.

If Marie Shirley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
