Ground floor spacious villa located 2 minutes walk off Pereybere main road and 7 mins walk to the Pereybere public beach. Easy access to supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacy and restaurants. The property is suitable for families and couples. Spacious garden & terrace, Quiet surrounding, off main road, Self Catering, Private Parking available, Ideal to relax in privacy, Safe neighbourhood, Internet access, BBQ facility.

There are local buses available between 05:30 and 19:30 in the evening and taxis services when required. Car Rental services is available from the airport or you can take a taxi from the airport to the villa on your arrival and look for car rental in the locality when you are settled, whichever will be more convenient.

Pereybere Public Beach is a great place to swim with white sand and a lovely view of the turquoise blue sea.

There are several small eateries & restraunts all along the roadside surrounding the bay. Boats and small catamarans are available to charter on a day basis.

Mr Said, manages the property. He will meet you on your first day and hand you the key to the villa. He will also provide you his contact number for you to get in touch if there is any problem or need help. He will also visit you from time to time to ensure your holiday is going well.

Thank you for your comment. We are happy to receive feedback. First time we heard that our brand new TV at the Villa was not working. Our property manager had to look for a professional Technicain to sort it out which he did at the earliest convenience possible. We asked the property manager to review the water system and he said a full maintenance was carried out again and there is no water problems as we have visitors in the Villa actually, and he always tries his best to give customer satisfaction. The gas problem was a first time issue and we try our our best to sort it out for non recurrence in the future. Our Property manager is a very customer friendly person, and he always listens to the small requests of our clients and make his most to meet their needs in order to make their stay in the Villa pleasant and at the standard published on the internet adverts. Unfortunately for the tropical Summer temperature we cannot do much, as this happens only on a few specific days in the hot season when the temperature is at its highest records; still we have brand new Air conditioners in the bed rooms and ceiling fans in all the other rooms where all our previous customers were quite happy, some of them are coming to our Villa for 3 consecutive years and are still very happy, without any single complaint so far. We had a word with our neighbour who was doing some refurbishment and requested him to keep the public access road clean and our property manager made sure that the road was cleared to facilitate vehicle access. We are taking care to give our clients maximum satisfaction during their stay in the Villa, and to respect the facilities we have put on our online adverts. Today our clients are leaving, this morning we asked them about a their views and customer satisfaction during their stay at the Villa, and they said they are happy. We are sorry that your experience with us did not go so well, but it was largely circumstancial and we hope to see you again as we have addressed the problems you faced as explained.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mariambee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
