Description

Welcome to the warm blue waters and white sand beaches of Perdido Key, Florida. Our world famous, world class beach awaits you and your family, where you will enjoy breakfast on your beach front balcony. If you are in a hurry to get to the beach, do not wait, skip the elevator and race down the interior stairs accessing the pool deck and beach boardwalks to the warm surf of the Gulf of Mexico.

We call this luxurious condo the Second Floor Penthouse because of the open floor plan, which includes great room with living room, formal dining room, breakfast bar seating 4, full kitchen, 12 foot wet bar with additional table seating for 6 people. In addition to the great room, we have 3 large bedrooms, each with dressing areas and private baths.

The complex includes 7 day per week front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beachfront. Inside you will find a new exercise facility. You can enjoy planned recreation, beach service, nearby shopping and restaurants. There is a large new shopping center across the street with beach accessories store and restaurant.

If you wish to visit some of our exciting museums and other nearby attractions. One of the best featured museums in our area is the Naval Air Museum with IMAX theatre. Visitors from around the world come to Pensacola to see this exciting U.S. Navy and Marine facility and home of the Blue Angels. Also nearby is Historic Pensacola, the first settlement in America, pre-dating St Augustine by 75 years. For family entertainment by car, nearby you will find in Orange Beach, a small touching zoo, and amusement and water parks, just a short 10 mile drive from Perdido.

Pedido Key, Florida is surrounded by water, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, Old River, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. Experience one of Florida's finest beaches, which includes Perdido Key, great for walking, shelling and solitude! Perdido Key beaches have been rated among the top 5 Island Beaches by Conde Nast Traveler rated Number 1 Swimming Beach in the US by GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages), and recently appeared on the Travel Channel as One of the 20 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World!

Serious vacationers enjoy miles of unspoiled, pristine beaches. The Gulf Islands National Seashore houses 5 miles of protected dunes and harbours a vast array of wildlife, some found only in and around the barrier islands. Johnson Beach State Park, the Perdido Key National Protected Seashore and the Perdido Key State Park are just minutes away.

Numerous activities are close by, such as year-round golf, including Perdido's Lost Key Golf Club, an Arnold Palmer designed course 1/4 mile away, numerous fishing charters, amusement and water parks, first rate shopping at Riviera Centre Outlet Mall, and many outstanding restaurants.
