Lovely, coastal "Casa Paraiso" is a delightful 3-level residence in Innerartity townhome complex on Innerarity Point. The townhouse is located directly on beautiful, tranquil Perdido Bay! The bay is ideal for dolphin watching, bird watching, and more! The beach surrounding the bay is great for sea shell searches, sunbathing at low tide and more!

Our townhouse is just a quick 7-8 minute drive to the beautiful, white sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key, FL. The unit is also just a 20 minute drive to historic, downtown Pensacola!

If you need to stay connected during your stay, free high speed wireless internet is available in this unit!!!

The bay is very shallow so it is a great place for the kids to get into the water and play!

Tandem covered parking for 2 cars, additional parking available too

The beautiful master bedroom has a wonderful view of scenic Perdido Bay, a comfortable King-size bed, en suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, cable TV, carpet, and bay view balcony.

Bedroom # 2 features a lovely, new Queen size bed with metal frame and new mattress, plus cable TV, carpet, and full bath with tub-shower combination located in the bdrm hallway, just 2 steps from the bdrm door.

This spacious unit also features a 3rd sleeping area in the living room with a queen-size sofa sleeper. Located on the main (living) level is also a 1/2 bath with a stackable washer and dryer.

Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided as well.

The home's living area, located on level 2, features a soothing palette of blue and green, plus tile floors, 1/2 bath, roomy kitchen with granite countertops, dining for 6, and comfortable sofa, chair, and recliner in the living room. A glass door leads from the living room to the main level bay view balcony. The 2nd level balcony is accessed from the master bedroom.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, food prep area and serving bar. There is a dining table with seating for 6, plus 2 bar stools with backs at the serving/snack bar. The unit also features a full-size stackable washer & dryer.

Be sure to enjoy the beach right behind the townhomes. The bay is shallow and is like a sandy-bottom pool! And, you'll want to spend some time at the inviting community pool which is just steps away from the unit's front door! And, don't forget the lovely beaches in Perdido Key or the golf course at Perdido Bay Country Club.

How do damage deposits work?
