Needed a relaxing break with friends and Villa Elena looked like it fitted the Bill! An oasis of calm and beauty can describe the gardens, pool and villa! The owner, Konstantinos Garipis is so, so helpful. He lives in the basement flat of the villa but don’t let that put you off. If you needed him he was there, otherwise you rarely saw him. If the gardener wanted to cut the grass Konstantinos would ask you if you minded the noise! A superb break in an area where you experience local Greek culture and lifestyle, but more importantly, restaurant prices! If your looking for lots of tourists and a vibrant “Club Scene” don’t book Villa Elena however, if it’s peace and tranquility you’re after, it’s the place for you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Konstantinos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
