Description

3 bedroom/lodge, sleeps 6 with stunning sea views in a rural location.

This beautiful lodge has 2 double bedrooms and 1 with 2 single beds making it suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. It has a large shower so children can shower with you or alone.There is WIFI, and a television and DVD player in the sitting area. The kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine.It has verandas to the front and back and an enclosed garden with a barbecue. There is private parking for 3 cars. There are 8 wooden steps up to the Lodge.

TheLodge itself is all on one level with a large easy access shower. As we are half way way up a steep hill it is probably best if you have your own transport although we have had several groups of visitors who have come by train and had a very successful stay using public transport, taxi and walking. It has panoramic sea views to the front but to the side and rear are woods and orchards giving it a rural feel, you can often hear owls at night. It is a 5 minute walk into the pretty village of Gulval. Penzance is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk with its range of restaurants and nightlife. We are in a perfect position to explore the wonderful beaches of Penwith and the famous coast path which passes by the Mount through the idyllic fishing village of Mousehole ,onto Lamorna Cove before reaching the towering and dramatic granite cliffs of Lands End. If you enjoy surfing then we are 15 minutes away from Sennen, Hayle and St Ives. We are spoilt for choice when it comes to culture with the famous Tate gallery in St Ives and excellent galleries in Newlyn and Penzance. Penzance has it's own thriving theater.

How do damage deposits work?
