This stunning property is reached via a spiral granite staircase and leads to an open plan apartment with two en suite bedrooms.

The lounge has two large arched windows offering fabulous harbour and far-reaching coastal views over Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount. Spectacular both day and night. There are even sea views from the bath!

The Bell Tower is situated on Chapel Street, Penzance's most historic area, featuring excellent pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries. The sea front is two minutes walk, the outdoor lido and nearest beach just five minutes walk away. Penzance train station is approximately half a mile away.

The property is ideally situated as a base to explore the South West or to stay in Penzance and access all the facilities of the town including the lido, beaches, shops, restaurants, botanical gardens and coastal walks. Day trips to the Scilly Isles leave from Penzance 7 days/week.

Wonderful views and great location

Wonderful views of the harbour and beyond. Great, quiet location just off Chapel St. Huge kitchen/living area, both bedrooms have a good-sized en-suite. Off-street parking is a bonus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
