Description

Chancery Mews is a high quality two bedroom town house just off Chapel Street, with a sunny courtyard and parking. The house has been tastefully furnished by the owner. Situated in a quiet road yet in the centre of Penzance. The restaurants, shops and bars are less than a minute on foot and the seafront is a four minute stroll. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with gas hob, electric oven,microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Central heating, electricity, cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Bedroom 1 is on the second floor and has a King Size bed and en suite facilities.
Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a toilet and shower room next to it.
There is a further toilet on the ground floor.
The living area is open plan and has a dining table and four chairs, sofa, arm chairs and TV. The theme quality art and design.
The sunny court yard has a table and chairs and a parasol.

“Great Townhouse”

We booked this super townhouse for our family holiday and really enjoyed our stay. It’s perfectly located in the centre of Penzance where you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and the seafront. The house was very comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms and kitchen . Penzance is a great base for exploring the southern part of the western peninsula and there is so much to see and do. It was great to have a sea view and waking to the sound of seagulls is a novelty to us. Linda , the owner, was friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend and return.

We travelled by train and stayed for a week in early September and loved the house and its location which is ideally situated for shops, restaurants and transport. Would like to visit again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
