Pine Tree Lodge is a luxury log house with all of the modern conveniences you will need for your holiday. This stunning, bespoke log cabin, set over a 1/4 acre plot with gorgeous lake views to the front and field views to the back will be a holiday holiday you’ll remember for a long time. There is plenty of parking for 6 cars and therefore perfect for a group of families or friends gathering for an annual break or to celebrate a special occasion. We offer 3 night breaks for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
The log cabin is set amongst 275 acres of scenic woodland and 9 lakes, each with its own use for water-skiing and water sports , wildlife and fishing.The Pentney lakes holiday location really is a paradise for families and friends. It attracts nature lovers and water sport enthusiasts or anyone who just wants somewhere unique to relax and spend time in a memorable environment . The house is perfect for large gathering to celebrate a birthday, hen party or anniversary or of course Christmas or New Year. We are able to suggest ideas for catering or entertainment through our recommended list of service providers.
For families enjoying some quality time together, there is an on-site children’s playground and plenty of local wildlife to watch and woodland walks to discover.For the adults, Waterside Bar is just a few minutes walk away from the playground, perfect to enjoy a cold drink after a leisurely walk around the lakes.
At Pine Tree Lodge you can enjoy relaxing in 2 living areas, one on the ground floor and the other on the grand mezzanine. The main living area downstairs is open-plan with a well stocked, fully fitted kitchen and a comfortable carpeted lounge area and a dining table seating 12. Cosy leather sofas surround a contemporary log burner and additional central heating provides warmth throughout the house. We provide a free welcome pack of logs for guests between November and March so that you can enjoy the ambience of crackling logs , if you’re planning on staying in.
Upstairs on the mezzanine, you can enjoy socialising more informally and enjoy the ever-changing lakeside views from the balcony. There is a sofa bed, coffee table and additional seating making the area a lovely addition to downstairs.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 in the 4 bedrooms and there are 2 sofa beds in communal areas for an additional 2 persons Please do ask if you would like additional bedding for the sofa beds. Each bedroom is unique in its style, build and furnishing. Two have modern ensuite bathrooms , one has its own private balcony, there is a family room and one bedroom has 3 single beds on the ground floor with access to the private garden.
Something unique that many guests are amazed by at Pine Tree Lodge is the impressive HD projector & electric drop-down cinema screen. The projector can even be connected to your phone to view your photos or videos on the huge screen. Enjoying a movie from our free library of DVDs is a great way to spend some time being entertained indoors. This is in addition to the Freeview TV and fast WIFI.
A Brand New 6 seater hot tub was installed in March 2017 and it is included in the price, all year round. It is set in the private rear garden with a grassed area and paved patio and plenty of outdoor seating for your group. After each stay, the hot tub water is replaced with fresh chlorinated water, ready for your use.
A baby/toddler pack can be provided at your request , so that you do not have to pack all of your toys and equipment. Baby/toddler Pack will include - 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, a toddler and child outdoor swing & a selection of toys suitable for 0-4 year olds. The family bathroom is fitted with a convenient low level basin for young children. For added safety, stair gates are fitted at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Arrival time for guests is anytime after 4.00pm. We request that the lodge is vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. We offer an early check in and later check out on certain dates ( additional prices apply) so please do ask if you’d like a more flexible stay. A refundable damages deposit of £150 will be applied to all bookings. It was a perfect stay very warm and cosy! Nothing much to do so you got to drive everywhere. Lovely restaurant very close by called middletons. Few minors; upstairs door is rotten so don’t open it, loads of flies and lady birds, no hot water on our last night. It was a lovely girly weekend and we will be returning!

We are always happy to respond to customer feedback and are always welcome to customers contacting us during their stay by phone or email if they do have any minor concerns so that we can rectify them immediately. Unfortunately the weekend of your stay the country had an influx of ladybirds and this was reported in the news that week. Unfortunately there was little most people could do. We always have a bottle of fly spray provided in the utility room and this is always available for guest use if they feel it necessary. As regards to the hot water, it is odd that there was not any hot water. Having 10-12 people staying together will use a lot of hot water if it is being used constantly but we offer customer full use of the heating and water controls so that they have the flexibility to boost the water or heat when required. We have never had complaints about the lack of hot water before in the huge number of stays at the property. Finally, please let us reassure you that the upstairs door is perfectly safe to use and our maintenance team regularly check, repair and replace the parts of the property when required. Thank you again for your review about a “perfect stay” and we look forward to your return.
“Lovely house in a perfect location for a family gathering”
Perfect house for a large family gathering with plenty to do in the local area if you choose to explore. We were quite happy staying at the house and making use of the hot tub.

“Great family break!”
Stayed here over the May Day weekend with extended family, we had a brilliant time, weather definitely helped!! The garden and children’s toys, including the swings were a huge hit with the children and the hot tub was well used by everyone! Lovely site, we couldn’t believe how peaceful it was! We hope to come back in the future!

“Great Family Space”
We had a great Easter weekend, it rained all day, every day - but it didn’t matter we just wanted to enjoy being indoors as a family and the Pine Lodge catered for all our needs, TV, Big screen, video games, loads of DVDs, well equipped kitchen, enough bathrooms and comfy bedrooms! We even tried the hottub in the rain

“Ross's 40th birthday”
The house was amazing, the hot tub & garden was perfect, we went for a family birthday celebration & it couldn't of been better the house was spectacular very clean with absolutely everything for children high chairs, travel cots bath seats dvds toys we couldn't believe the variety. The kitchens full of all utensils, pots & pans. The views r beautiful there r plenty of walks & watersports to do, we didn't because of small children but we all agreed we would love to return I would highly recommend the property to anyone!!

“Stunning, Magical, Peaceful,”
Well what can we say, we spent a magical week over Christmas & magical it was. The owner had decorated it with a Christmas tree/lights/dec in the lounge. Windows in all rooms including bedrooms had lights/decorations. Icing on cake was the 'Hot Tub', chilling in the lovely warm bubbles in the eve seemed odd but after cooking for 12 was definetly a bonus plus the log fire was very relaxing. The projector screen wonderful to use, listening to concerts/films. Would definetly recommend & hopefully will do it again. Our whole family loved it & after day of being home, they said they felt very deflated & wanted to go back.

“Perfect Long Weekend”
Booked the lodge for me and 8 friends for my Hen Do. The house fitted us all with room to spare. Hot tub was a great little addition and I loved the extra touch with the Christmas decorations at this time of year. Kings Lynn was easy enough to get to by Taxi for a night out (£90 return trip for 9 of us). Panna and Pardip were great hosts and available on email if we had any problems. Will most definitely be coming back again.

We had a great weekend at pine tree lodge for my 50th birthday. We were a group of six adults and six children and it never felt cramped. We loved the hot tub and the cinema screen was amazing, a great time was had by all.
