With outstanding views overlooking Fistral Beach and proximity to the Gannel Estuary and Crantock Beach. Newquay town is 15 min walk away and offers a range of shopping, an array of fashionable bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

The town also boasts an historic picturesque working fishing harbour and some of Europe's finest coastline.

There is a bus service to outlying areas and Newquay Airport is approximately 7 miles from the town.27 Surf View is a 2 bedroom apartment benefiting with a heated swimming pool , (Surf View residents only, open end of April till October)

Having been recently fully refurbished throughout the apartment is clean and modern.

We can only accept a minimum booking of 7 nights during June, July and August, saturday to saturday.

On occasions we do accept shorter stays during June so please contact us before booking.

We do not accept bookings for under 18s groups, if we are not informed about age and apartment is booked we have

“Fantastic location and great apartment”

What a great place to stay .... very well appointed apartment .... close to two of our favourite beeches ... Crantock and Fistral beech . The apartment had just been refurbished to a very high standard , including wi-fi and a smart tv for the children .... the beeches were only a few minutes walk away , which saves quite a bit of time and money compared to those who have to drive to a beech ...try to find parking ...then pay for the pleasure . The owners were very helpful and insured we had a perfect base for our holiday .... the children loved the heated swimming pool ... ..really could not find a fault with this holiday ...and we will definitely be back .
