“Fabulous apartment close to the beach”
Fab apartment ... clean, tidy and homely with everything you could need. Nice little balcony with great views. Very close to the north end of Fistral Beach via a short walk and some stairs. Lovely quiet area but only a short distance from Newquay. A fantastic place to holiday and we had an amazing time. Only one niggle for me personally and that there was no lift but to be honest I would stay there again despite this :)

“Excellent Apartment”
Third time we have stayed in this apartment over the last 12 months, and is still as good as the first time. Ideal location, clean and well looked after with everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

“PERFECT LOCATION TO LEAVE YOUR CAR BEHIND IN NEWQUAY”
The flat was very well appointed and all fittings and furnishings were to a high standard. Fistral beach was a short walk away and was stunning. A 15 minute walk takes you to the Fern Pit cafe and a short ferry ride if the tide is in to Crantock beach. In the other direction are beaches of Newquay. The flat was on the third floor and so only book if you do not require a lift.

“Modern apartment - a home from home”
Lovely modern apartment a 5 minute walk away from Fistral Beach, with a 20 minutes walk into central Newquay. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. People before us/ apartment management had helpfully provided hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. The only thing that would have made this apartment perfect would be to have wifi facilities. A lovely home from home and we'll be back.

“Fantastic apartment ,Amazing location,Wonderful holiday !”
We were very pleased with the apartment it had everything you could need, the only one thing missing in the bedroom was a mirror but couldnt fault it really. It is located just 2 minutes from the wonderful Fistral beach and only a 20 minute coastal walk to the beautiful Crantock beach. This really is a wonderful home from home apartment, and we will definitely be returning.

“Fantastic Flat!”
My husband and I stayed here in August. Despite the weather being slightly iffy, we had a lovely holiday. Fistral beach is a short walk from the flat. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and we were surprised by just how lovely it was as the photos just don't do it justice! There was milk in the fridge, a box of biscuits but sadly no tea bags - so we left some for the next people who stay there! I would recommend it with out hesitation.

“Perfect apartment!”
We were lucky to be the first ever people to stay, and would definitely go back again and recommend this apartment. The rooms were beautifully decorated, everything was spotlessly clean and there was everything you need. It it is a lovely complex on the top floor with a balcony overlooking beautiful views of the town and countryside. It was less than 5 minutes walk to fistral beach and about 15 walk to town. Also a lovely beach called cramtock about 10 minutes walk away. There was only one issue, only due to the fact no one had stayed before. The house keeper answered straight away and sorted this out quickly. The apartment was perfect, wouldn't change a thing, we didn't want to leave!! This was the best place I've ever stayed in, would absolutely recommend it!!!
