This special home named Primrose Place is tucked away but in a privileged location, because of it's close proximity to Down Town and Okanagan Beach and the KVR are a short walk under 5 minutes away, makes it easy to get around.
A very quaint and private suite with it's own entrance includes it's own out door space a private patio and a covered gazebo with BBQ.
A pristine well built and maintained heritage home one of the few Gem's of it's kind in Penticton built in 1920, and loaded with charm.
The suit is unique with heritage features carried through out, the cute cubby bedroom has a queen pillow top bed with French doors opening to the living space. Right from bed you can use the TV remote.
Living room has Flat screen TV with cable ,DVD, Stereo and a very comfy couch and chair.
Games and a library that you can borrow or contribute to.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm, full fridge/with freezer, stove/oven ,micro wave, coffee pot, blender, slow cooker, George Forman grill, all the pots and pans ,dishes and utensils' you will need.
Beautiful claw foot tub where you can soak after a day on the town or if your a shower person there is a separate shower. Laundry area with washer and dryer right in the suite.
Our lovely, cool and comfortable suite is minutes to Okanagan Lake Beach, in the heart of wine country; Wineries/Wine tours, 4 Beautiful Golf Courses, great Hiking and biking trails 2 min from KVR & close to World renowned Olympic Training Ski Hill - Apex Mountain Resort. Floating down the river channel,
Were in the middle of wine country, Wine tours, Challenge Penticton, Peach fest, with the beaches of Okanagan Lake to the north and Skaha Lake to the south, summer in Penticton is the time to get wet. Swim, fish, kayak, wakeboard, water ski, jet ski, windsurf and kite surf.
Biking, Hiking, Festivals and Events that carry right through are winter Activities.
Parking right out front, as you walk up front walk ,veer to right side of house follow the walkway and you come to Primrose entrance.
I am here upon arrival to show you around and when guest depart to collect the keys. Then I disappear but will be around for any questions or problems with just a phone call away, I like to give guest there privacy for a relaxing vacation in there own cozy space.
Honey moon couple's will have a chilled bottle of wine upon arrival, must be booked in advanced.
Price is based on double occupancy.
If guest would like fridge stocked please request there is a extra charge for this
