- Two bedrooms with a double and twin beds respectively, both overlooking the banks of the wooded valley

- Galleried sitting room on the first floor with exposed beams

- Small breakfast suite and comfortable lounge furniture enjoying views down the valley

- French Windows that open inwards with a Juliette balcony

- Fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs

- The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Pine Lodge Gardens are all within a 15 minute drive
