From the owner

Trematon Holiday Home is located in a quite street on the hill above the town of Penryn with stunning sea views. Penryn is a beautiful historic town with a variety of artisan shops. There a number of cafe's and pubs giving you a good choice of places to enjoy a coffee or some food and entertainment.

There is a 4 bedroom house and a 1 bedroom attached annexe. Ideal for a couple who want to have a little peace and quiet but still be included in the bigger group.

House details:

On entering the property you have a spacious front hall way with an antique blanket box and a beautiful bentwood coat hanger. Off this room is a lounge with one three seater sofa and two single seat sofa chairs. Walk through to the open plan kitchen dinner, the real hub of this home. A 5 hob gas range cooker with a double oven will make catering for large groups easy. There is a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The large dining room table sits 8 with french doors that open up into an enclosed garden.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower over the bath) and a separate toilet. The front room is a large richly decorated room with a super king size double bed, an antique wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom two has two single beds, which can be put together to make a large double, a wardrobe and drawers (please note that the beds will be made up as singles). The third bedroom on this floor is a single room with a single bed and a pull out bed extension, allowing two people to sleep comfortably. Ideally this room is for children but it will comfortably sleep adults as well.

On the second floor there is a spacious attic room that enjoys the best views across the countryside and sea. This room has a double bed and drawers. On this floor there is another toilet.

Annexe details:

There is a shared enclosed porch between the annexe and the house. The annexe has an open plan kitchen/diner and comfortable seating area with a TV. It has a double room with an ensuite shower room. It is completely self-contained.
