From the owner

The Old Coach House is a wonderful place to stay and is fully centrally heated and provides all the luxuries and home comforts that would be expected from a modern renovation. The conversion has been carried out to ensure that as much of the original fixtures have been retained. The stylish decor and furnishing provide a comfortable, airy and homely atmosphere, yet the coach house retains its rustic character with exposed oak beams. The lounge is situated on the first floor to provide the clearest views of the amazing surroundings.

Ground Floor

You enter the ground floor into an airy and large hallway. Two bedrooms lead from the Hallway. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and reading chair. There is a flat screen LCD TV with digital freeview. French windows open out into a courtyard. The main bathroom is beautifully designed with a bath and shower over, washbasin and wc. The second bedroom offers a single bed with en suite shower room including washbasin and wc. The bedroom also has a wardrobe, dressing table, and flat screen LCD TV with digital freeview.

First Floor

This is open plan with the original beams being retained with a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, combination microwave/oven and grill, kettle and toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you will ever need. The dining table seats 4 whilst the lounge has a sofa bed, armchair and Flat screen LCD TV with digital freeview.

We have ample on site parking for cars and secure storage for bicycles.

All heating, electricity, bed linen, towels are included in the price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Graham (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
