“Very comfortable quiet cottage with great views!”

Reviewed 22 Sep 2017

Great location in a small village, Penrhynside, which is just a few minutes from the beach and Llandudno and its many attractions. Ideally situated to visit Snowdonia National Park and surrounding areas. The cottage has everything you would need for a short stay and is very comfortable with a nice conservatory which has outstanding views of the surrounding hills and up to the Bay. Parking for one car included. Glenys was very accommodating and provided a lot of info of places to visit and dine in. Right from the start Glenys provided answers in a timely manner to all of our questions. The Great Orme Tramway in Llandudno is worth a trip for the views from the summit. Try the Queens Head, Glanwydden for great food and service. Thank you Glenys for a wonderful stay!

Owner's reply: Thanks for taking the time to write a review. It was a pleasure meeting you and it's important that guests have the best possible experience, as there is so much to see and do in this lovely area.

“A really great holiday cottage”

Reviewed 17 Jul 2017

We spent a week at the cottage in July and from booking to leaving couldn't fault a thing. Glenys met us and made sure all was ok and the lovely Welsh cakes were appreciated. The cottage had everything we needed and my teenage girls were delighted with WiFi and the views from the twin room. The stairs are very steep but rails available and adds to the charm. The local area has lots to do and we enjoyed the walk into Llandudno made better by great weather. Thanks for helping make lovely memories. Julie

Owner's reply: Many thanks for the kind review. So pleased your family enjoyed the stay . Kind regards Glenys

“Bay View a first class holiday cottage”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2015

Bay View had everything we required for a perfect holiday, the standard of cleanliness and comfort could not have been better. We found that the view from the conservatory was stunning, the cottage is situated in a very peaceful setting and is easily accessed.A 5minute drive and we were in Llandudno . The cottage was easily found and the location of it is superb for access to the area. We have already told our friends about it and we will be returning to this lovely place.

Owner's reply: Many thanks for your kind review.

“Lovely Cottage with great views over LLandudno”

Reviewed 10 Aug 2015

A great cottage in a fantastic location.Conveniently located for all attractions in North Wales. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed.Glenys was very welcoming. Would stay again.

Owner's reply: Thank you. I'm really pleased you had a good time at Bay View Cottage.

“Stunning Views”

Reviewed 23 Jun 2015

Bayview Cottage is aptly named - the views from the back of the property (including one of the bedrooms and the conservatory) are absolutely amazing. The house is situated on a very steep hill so wouldn't suit everyone, and the last part of the journey is very steep, very narrow, and single-track. The house was clean and comfortable and reasonably well equipped. We found it a good base for visiting Llandudno, Conwy, Bodnant and Snowdonia Park. I would stay here again.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review of the cottage and also the fabulous photo of the 'Laburnum Arch' at Bodnant Gardens at its best.
