Orme Holiday Homes is based in the picturesque, coastal area of Penrhyn Bay, North Wales. A short distance away from the ever popular Llandudno, Conwy and Colwyn Bay.

This is a modern 3 bedroom property sleeping up to 5 people. A beautiful and scenic location for couples, families and keen walkers.

“very comfortable stay”

Lovely comfortable house, 5 mins walking distance from the little Orme and also 5 mins from (dog friendly) beach. 5 mins drive into Lllandudno with its beaches, outdoor paddling pool, the great Orme cable cars and tramway and toboggan / ski run. We had a fun packed family holiday here and came home to a clean and cosy house each evening - thank you.

Booked to stay with my husband and 2 boys aged 12 and 8. The booking process was extremely easy and we were contacted by the owners immediately to confirm. Very good communication from the owners. The house is located in a very quiet village a few minutes drive from Llandudno. There was a very nice note from the owners on arrival, together with a few grocery items - bread, milk, butter, etc. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the local beach. There is a Co-op just around the corner which does mean that there is some early morning noise from the delivery trucks, although this did not bother us too much. The house itself is lovely - fairly open plan and spacious with a conservatory on the back housing a large dining table. However, we did think that the photos on the website made it look better than it actually was. It could do with a little tlc regarding carpets, tv and shower. It must be very difficult to maintain a holiday let to a high standard, but I do think some of the rental income needs to be reinvested in the property. We had a lovely stay overall (despite the wet Welsh weather :) ), and we met some lovely people. I would recommend this house as a decent base for exploring North Wales.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
