“Lovely bungalow, lovely area”

Reviewed 10 Jan 2012

We arrived after a long wet drive and luckily we had a torch with us to be able to find our way to the keybox. The bungalow was lovely and clean and bright and we made ourselves at home very quickly (after unpacking in the pouring rain). There was everything we needed and the master bedroom was very warm and inviting. We had a lovely time exploring the area and the bungalow is situated very conveniently for exploring different areas and towns, I would definitely like to go back in better weather. The only downside was that we felt that the lounge didn't seat 5 adults very comfortably and we could have used a brush and mop for cleaning up ater dirty dog paws.

Dear guest. Thank you for your review of your stay at Netherliegh, it is much appreciated. We have now added a conservatory and this as meant that we've been able to move the dinning table out of the lounge and as you can see in the pictures we now have three comfortable sofas in the lounge as well as another in the conservatory.A mop, bucket and brush are also now available. We value all of our guests reviews and continually look at ways of improving our facilities for the benefit of our future guests. Paul Eames Owner

“A lovely bungalow, a lovely holiday”

Reviewed 9 Aug 2011

We have not been to Wales for a holiday for quite a few years. Because my daughter had given birth to our first grand son this year we wanted to take them on holiday for a well earned break. Because of his young age we didn't want to fly and my daughter didn't want to drive for hours in the car either. I searched the internet and came across this site Holiday Lettings. After a little time I came I saw this bungalow Netherleigh in the village of Pennal. It looked just what we were looking for. It was beautiful, a home from home with everything you needed. We had a lovely time, just a short distance from the lovely beach town of Aberdovey, and only 35 minutes from the beautiful town of Aberystwyth. It was so peaceful where the bungalow was situated with lovely walks locally and a great pub in the village where you could get a lovely meal if you wanted. My daughter summed the holiday up perfectly. She said beautiful bungalow, beautiful scenery, lovely beaches and Sunday traffic every day. We would definately come again
