Completed in 2016, Villa Luciana (Exclusive 3 bedroom villa privée) is part of the Blue Dream Exclusive villas privées complex, consisting of a group of seven stone built villas, close to Plakia beach of Pefkos, Near Lindos and has 3 double bedrooms, one full bathroom and one WC. It provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 6 persons.


The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a smart TV set with satellite, DVD player and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage room you will also find an iron and ironing board.

Villa Luciana has two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The villa has one bathroom with shower and one WC.

Getting around

Airport transfers with mini busses or taxis can be arranged upon request, Car rental although not necessary , would be recommended for those who want to explore the island of Rhodes. Excursions are also possible from Pefkos to Rhodes town, Water Park and Prassonissi.

“Great modern villa”

Our family of 4 adults and 1 child stayed for 10 nights in this 3 bed villa. Great sea views and just across the road is a lovely restaurant called Coralli (which you get a 10% discount off as villa guests). There are 2 small but handy mini supermarkets also just a few yards from the villa. In front of the villa is the main road through Pefkos village, but the villa is set back and elevated so the villa and large pool are not at all overlooked. The villa has a downstairs toilet and main bedroom en suite which has a toilet and sink only. It would have been great if the villa had a 2nd shower in the en suite but we managed fine. The villa's air con is very effective and in all rooms. The wifi is also good. When we arrived we were greeted with some handy essentials (welcome back) and enough to have a drink and lunch. There's also a good coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. We were left with everything we needed to use all of these. Sue was the lovely lady who came in nearly every day to tidy and make beds etc. Sue looked after us so well and made us feel very welcome. Just up the road (10 min walk max) is the main village with more bars and restaurants, Hellas Restaurant is lovely. The beach is just opposite the villa but also try Lee Beach (through the village) as this is sandy and close to a great beach bar.
