The apartment is close to the beach and has 3 terraces of which 2 are South-facing with views of the Mediterranean Sea and one with direct access to the beach, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the sunset.
The interior is elegant and spacious, most rooms, both on the ground floor and the first floor have large windows overlooking the sea, while the several terraces are ideal to relax after a round of golf or a busy day in the area. You can hear the surf of the water on the beach, watch the fishing boats, while having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and listening to the waves, a relaxing experience.
The accommodation comprises a bright sunny lounge and dining room on ground floor with views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is satellite TV with Astra dish, DVD, Wi-Fi and airconditioning.There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower on the ground floor.

Downstairs there is a 2nd lounge to linger, with a sofa-bed for 2 pers. and a daybed, radio/cd player. This Lounge opens on the lower south- & sea-facing terrace with direct access to the beach, and has a built in BBQ and outdoor furniture such as table and sun loungers.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol is the name given to the nearly 300 kilometers of coastline stretching from Gibraltar in the West, to Almunecar in the East. Although officially the Costa Del Sol is within the three provinces of Cadiz, Malaga and Granada, it;s that bit, stretching from Nerja to Estepona, all within the province of Malaga, which is best known. The coast consists of a series of large beaches, coves, half hidden under cliffs, sports harbours and fishing grounds. It is protected from cold north winds by the mountains and has a mild climate with little rain and sea breeze. This again results in subtropical vegetation with frequent palm trees, cypresses, oleander and hibiscus and other colorful plants. Oranges, lemons and olives grow in abundance and it is often a surprise to visitors that the streets in cities covered with orange fruit trees! Away from the coast the landscape is largely mountainous, but with beautiful, typical Spanish, villages, ... , valleys full of orchards and spectacular views.

The beaches of the Costa del Sol are well known all over Europe, and the beaches around Estepona forms no exception. With many chiringuitos" or beach bars for the necessary refreshments.It is still a very Spanish town and, unlike many towns on the Costa del Sol, it is not yet spoiled by tourism and is very family-oriented. There are picturesque squares where you chill-out with a cup of coffee can sit and watch the world or walking through the narrow streets of the old part of the city to enjoy the atmosphere. In the Center itself, the Plaza de las Flores as busy and lively meeting-place, where you can find guides to the historical places of Estepona. The history of the city goes far back, and a number of beautiful buildings are at the main square and in the old town. An area that is increasingly popular, but that has preserved the atmosphere of peace and where you still Andalusian influences in the architecture. In the small streets, paved with cobblestones are buildings like Castillo del Nicio and the famous Torre de Reloj. The port is known for the luxury yachts that Moor and the busy Saturday market. You will also find most of the bars and restaurants of Estepona. at night there in the port of Estepona a whole different atmosphere, if the people from the bars even on the street. There are also two great golf courses 15 minutes from the Centre of Estepona, where you can pay at a time: the golf course of Estepona, a 18-hole golf course 1 km from the city, and the Los Flamingos Golf & Country Club.
