Situated in the hills above Pedreguer and commanding spectacular views across lemon and orange groves to the mediterranean sea, La Solana is on a small complex of newly built high specification townhouses. The manicured lawns and gardens in front of the property boast two large swimming pools. The property comprises a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/ dining area leading to a patio with bbq and outside loungers and a seating area. In addition there is a luxury cloakroom leading off the main lounge.The two double bedrooms with Juliette balconies occupy the lower floor and have wonderful views over the Jalon valley. Also on the lower floor is the luxury bathroom.

Outside there is private parking for two cars in the quiet cul de sac. The beaches of the Costa Blanca are approximately fifteen minutes away by car or alternatively the picturesque Jalon Valley with its famous wines offer wonderful walks.

The property is situated ten minutes from the main motorway with the airports of Alicante or Valencia a further drive of approximately one hour. The famous old fishing port of Denia and the lively resort of Javea are approximately fifteen minutes drive.

The local town of Pedgregeur is typically Spanish. There are numerous restaurants and bars serving a variety of cuisine locally and there are supermarkets in Pedregeur which is a five minute drive.

With its rugged mountainous interior and miles of glorious sandy beaches and subtropical vegetation this is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors.

Pedreguer

The property is located on a hillside location towards the end of a cul de sac. It is quiet and peaceful. The small town of Pedgreguer is nestled in the valley below and is a five minute drive away.

“A discrete and comfortable hideaway, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment of good company.”

A new build high on a hill on the edge of a quiet development. Close enough to shops and the quaint and unspoilt town of Pedreguer, yet away from the noise and hurly burly of everyday life. The balcony has views out to the Coast and together with the swimming pool it offers the ideal opportunity to soak up the sun, read a book, chat over a drink and occasionally splash to get cool. Nearby bustling Denia is just a 15 min car drive away and well worth a visit.

Yes an ideal location is you want a quiet relaxing holiday or the hustle and bustle of nearby Denia town. This is the real Spain!

This was our first visit to this part of Spain and we enjoyed it very much. The house was a great base for exploring the area for which a car is essential. The recency of the build was reflected In the quality and condition of the furnishing and fittings. For the two of us there was plenty of comfortable space with access to a lovely communal swimming pool and gardens. We would be more than happy to visit in the future.

So glad you enjoyed yourselves, yes a car is essential to see the impressive countryside around.

A fantastic week with everything you need. The apartment has a very modern feel that over looks a beautiful mountain range. We enjoyed long walks in the jalon valley and days in the surrounding towns. We also spent days relaxing by the pool and evenings BBQing on the balcony and eating out in good local restaurants. Great week away!

Modern, fresh and bright with the most spectacular sea and mountain views. A short drive into the Spanish town of Pedreguer which has everything you need and a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Denia. Tucked away from the hussle and bussle but everything within easy reach.
