A lovely 2 bedroom holiday home sleeps 6

Double glazing and central heating throughout

1 double bed, 1 twin bedroom with pullout bed in the lounge

Private garden with own parking space on an​ quite location

Very well equipped with TV freeview built in, dvd player, radio CD player, Playstation with loads of games, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, and all kitchen ware.

The country club with guy's bar/restaurant just round the corner offers good quality food and drink, live entertainment every week, free wi fi, swimming, gym, sauna, spa and beauty salon all in one place ( must purchase passes )

Also a well stocked fishing lake (fishing license required)

“Relaxed holiday”

The caravan was great value for money very comfortable and clean the site was great with a lovely clubhouse and great food will be going again

“Lovely site”

We had a great 1 week stay over Easter holidays. The caravan was clean and warm and well equipped. We took our bikes and it was a good way to get around the site and into town (Patrington). The kids (3 and 12) loved the country club - swimming pool, amusements, bouncy castles, kids club - all very low key but fun for them. Pool was great although you do have to pay extra to use it, and the gym.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! The caravan was clean and comfortable, the perfect base for us to return to and relax after a day exploring. The site was also lovely, extremely clean and tidy with great facilities! We loved our holiday and would definitely like to return in the future - Many Thanks

The holiday was very good plenty of places to go to, Holiday home was lovely too everything you needed was there spacious and very clean, and the site was well kept and very clean too would deffinetly go back and looking foward to our next holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
