Relax in the mature garden with lawn belonging to this spacious farmhouse which is situated in a quiet, idyllic valley offering some of the most outstanding country and coastal walks in Devon.

In the evenings the locally renowned Hunters Inn is just over 1 mile away and is famed for its excellent food. Woody Bay and Lee Bay are popular sheltered coves with rock pools which are less than 4 miles away and slightly further afield are lovely sandy beaches like Woolacombe. Other attractions in the area include Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, The Valley of the Rocks, Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoo, Coombe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and more. Ideally situated for touring Exmoor and the surrounding area. A stretch of the old Lynton to Barnstaple narrow-gauge railway crosses the farm. Leisure facilities: stroll the land and see the animals. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Outside: lovely garden surrounded by conifer hedges and fencing with water feature, BBQ and seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, Wi-Fi and electric included, night storage heating included from October-April. Regret no dogs. Location: beach 3 miles, village pub and shop 1.5 miles.
