Description

Waikiki Villa features a spacious two bedroom apartment within a fully fenced complex. The appartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Open plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen.

We offer a super king size (2m x 2m) bed or three quarter and single bed in the main bedroom, one three quarter bed in the second bedroom and a three-quarter bed in the common living area. All beds include 5-star premium pocket spring mattresses, with quality pillow tops for the most comfortable rest after a full day of Western Cape Adventures. Beds are lined with high-quality 200tc Oxford Satin Stich linen with Climacool duvets inners. Fresh 550g hotel grade towels will be provided.

The living room is fitted with an FHD LED TV, complete with HD satellite TV service, with over 20 radio station and TV channels. Additionally, a MyGiga Android media player is connected to a free WiFi connection, offering several streaming services.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all accessories giving you a real home away from home feeling.

Cape Town (and South Africa) is in the midst of a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use. Some small things that each can do to help: -Keep Showers as short as possible. -Turn off the taps when not using the water (i.e. while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes.) -While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning. No smoking allowed inside the appartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jacques (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
