The Westgate Lodge and Westgate Park City Resort and Spa is at the heart of The Canyons ski area. My condo is a luxurious villa with near ski-in/ski-out capability with a ski valet service.

With construction of the new lift linking Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort your single ticket will give you access to over 8000 acres of terrain.

Room amenities include a full kitchen, separate master bedroom and bath, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, flat screen TV's and private balcony.

The condo property has an indoor pool, outdoor pool and an indoor/outdoor pool. Multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, health spa, fitness room, on site restaurant, convenience store, tennis courts, basketball courts, kids club, and ski and mountain bike rental shop right on site.

Guests love the ski valet service and the private shuttle.

Ski Valet Service- Store your skis/board at the resorts fully staffed locker room. The condo is about 100 yards from The Canyons gondola. No need to carry your equipment those 100 yards. They will deliver them to the gondola in the morning and take them back from the gondola in the afternoon.

Once back to the locker area they will dry your boots and gloves and place them back in your locker for the next day.

Private Shuttle- If you decide to go to Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley, the ski valet will deliver your equipment to the private resort shuttle and the shuttle will deliver you right to the resort entrance. When you get done just call them and they will pick you up. It just doesn't get better or easier than this.

Need lift tickets? They sell single day lift tickets to all area resorts right on site.

Tired of spending more time in your car than on the slopes? The Park City area, home to the Alpine portion of the 2002 Winter Olympic games is only a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport. This resort is part of The Canyons resort complex. 3000 The Canyons Resort Drive.

So glad you enjoyed my condo. The complex is large and it sometimes takes a little to figure your way around. In regards to your timeshare statement. Westgate is primarily a Timeshare company. Their Park City property is their first venture in to a mixed use property of both full condo's like mine and Timeshares. The Timeshare side does have people in the area but as a Condo guest you are under no obligation to deal with them. Hopefully they did not hinder your stay in any way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louis (the owner) a message.

If Louis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
