2 minutes walk will bring you to the sea where you have a choice, in close proximity, of a largely unspoilt or a more developed beach.

For those anxious to venture farther for their sunbathing & swimming Estepona provides a very long sandy beach that meanders, via a splendid Promenade, through its thriving Marina to a paradise of a natural cove - Havana Beach -an absolute oasis of delight that includes 2 excellent Beach Bars and surely the safest beach (for kids & adults alike) on the Costa or indeed anywhere else.

For the energetic a visit to Victors Beach on the other side of San Pedro allows one to take, from there, an eye catching, mesmeric, scenic beach side walk all the way in to Marbella. This extremely popular walk, which is a must do, has been thoughtfully & tastefully developed by Marbella Town Hall & generally attracts an array of enthusiastic, vibrant and colourful participants. Once you have successfully completed the route then reward yourself with Breakfast in one of the very many attractive but modestly priced Cafes that litter the Marbella boardwalk, relax & watch the world go by.

The Costa del Sol region

Park Beach is located in the sun-kissed Andalusian region of Southern Spain in the appropriately titled Costa del Sol. (Sun Coast) nestling between the eastern Mediterranean and the Sierra Bermajes mountains. Also known as Costa del Golf (Golf Coast) it befits a region that has such a large concentration of golf courses a number of which are of championship quality.

The Andalusian region has a strong identity and a very rich culture. Many cultural phenomena such as Flamenco, Bullfighting, & Moorish influenced architecture that are seen as distinctly Spanish are largely or entirely Andalusian in origin.

The region has limitless stretches of sandy beaches and its wonderfully warm climate has been quoted by the World Health Organization as one of the best in the world.

The region regularly records almost the highest visitor numbers in Spain which is not surprising given that it has one of the warmest climates in Europe. What is surprising is the number and variety of attractions that it hosts other than sunbathing.

There are some small shops nearby to cater for the essential requirements (nearest is Villacana the next door development - also includes Bars and Restaurants ) but the multi national Carrefour Supermarket on the entrance to Estepona is by far the most comprehensive.

Directly down from the Apartment on the Beach is HEAVEN a superior Beach Bar with music, food , recliners etc. Various Water sports including Paragliding and kiting can be easily accessed in this location that is very atmospheric.

Literally across the road from the Apartment & nestling in the the rolling foothills of the Sierra Bermajes is the authentic & most popular Spanish village of CANCELLADA in which you will find an array of 1st class Restaurants, some traditional bars, retail shops & a weekly Market.

“All you need”

We stayed at this particular apartment in June of this year. We have stayed at a few on this development and this particular apartment is by far the most comfortable. Beautifully appointed, with all you would ever need for an 'away from home, home'. Loads of wardrobe and drawer space, fully appointed kitchen, with lots of crockery. A gas BBQ, rattan patio furniture and a cosy secluded garden, lifeguard on duty daily from Jul to Sept, but best of all is the Wi-Fi, full TV package and the very necessary air conditioning. Wanted to book for September but not available, hoping to return next year. Really close to large supermarkets Lidl and Mercadona and lots of really lovely eateries a few mins by car, beaches a short stroll away. The owner really wants to make sure that your stay is is enjoyable and is available to answer any questions you may have.

after e mailing Dave the owner ,he rang me and was able to answer all my questions regarding the property . He has been extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble . The apartment was very spacious ,clean and very comfortable with electric reclining leather sofas .flat screen TV with satellite and English channels with good broadband connection . Which was a must for our 16 year old son . The new terrace furniture was very comfortable to enjoy the lovely secluded garden .The new washing machine was a great bonus . The apartment was in a quiet, safe and well maintained complex with plenty of sun beds and a lovely pool with a daily life guard . It was ideally located within 10 minutes walking distance to Cancelada that had some excellent restaurant s including El Legardo and Aidan's Bar and grille .It was only a 10 minute drive into Estepona with its cobbled streets and beautiful beach front and many bars and restaurants . It was only 10/15 min drive into Marbella .. The only thing the apartment would benefit from is the use of a BBQ .

Park Beach is a superbly equipped air conditioned apartment set in the beautiful surroundings of Park Beach resort near Estapona. I have stayed in Park Beach on 4 occassions, 3 of which have been in this very spacious apartment which can easily accommodate 4-6 people in its 2 bedrooms. My teenage boys absolutely love this place and make new friends each year and always want to go back. I could not recommend it highly enough for friends or families looking to relax around the pool and or visit the many places of interest along the costa del sol. Booking and payment could not be made easier by the owner who does everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. I will be back!!
