Appartement de 2 pièces (23 m²) au 3 ième étage sur cour intérieure calme. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble.

La cuisine est dans la pièce principale équipée d'une plaque électrique avec 2 feux, d'un four et d'un petit frigo.

Une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, WC, un sèche-serviettes, machine à laver le linge et toutes les serviettes sont fournis.

Le linge de maison est fourni. Chauffage électrique. Une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple.

Proche de l'appartement, vous trouverez des magasins d'alimentations, un des meilleurs fromagers de Paris, des restaurants, des brasseries, une poissonnerie, 2 magasins bio, des glaciers, des chocolateries, des cafés.

Le métro est à 5 min à pied.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Paris à 10 min à pied de la Tour Eiffel et des Invalides, à 15 min en bus de la Tour Montparnasse et des Champs Élysées (bus direct), à 15 min à pied des bords de la Seine et du RER C pour aller visiter le château de Versailles et pour visiter le jardin de Luxembourg, Notre Dame, le Louvre, le musée d'Orsay (bus direct).

Entre deux réservations, il se passe 48h, le temps de faire le ménage et de désinfecter.
