Luxury apartment ideally located in the 11th district, in the heart of authentic “Bastille” area, close to the famous “Le Marais” district, combining modern comfort and charm of typical Parisian apartments.

You will benefit at the same time being in one of the most and trendy sector, with its nightlife, cafes, pubs, lounge bars, numerous restaurants, boutiques of young designers, art galleries, passages of craftsmen; and in the quiet of a green walk in your return. Not to mention the proximity to all food shops, supermarkets, fresh market to Parisian atmosphere.

This very luminous apartment is located on the 1st floor, it offers all the modern comfort: elevator; Secured access by double doors coded equipped with a videophone, & private parking at the building with access by lift to the landing of the apartment - at extra charge.

This vast 3 rooms of 60 m2, with two real bedroom (one with Queen bed, one with twin beds) is calm and comfortable, until 6 guests maximum.

Nesting tables, with flat screen TV, with access to French channels and the main in-ternational news channels as well as web radio from all over the world.

In the evening you will be able to choose a dimmed light or not and the color of your choice, thanks to the two multicolored LED ceiling lights.

A high dining table with contemporary dining and 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with all modern conveniences: Ceramic hob 4 fires, Refrigerator & Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Nespresso machine and Coffee maker.

From the entrance, a corridor serves the two bedrooms, the separate WC & the bathroom.

1st Bedroom: Spacious & very quiet, on private courtyard, facing North West:

- Very comfortable double bed (160 x 190) will ensure you a good sleep.

- A large dressing room

2nd Bedroom: same orientation as 1st, very quiet, on private courtyard, facing North West:

- Two very comfortable Singles beds (80 x 190)

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a large tiled Italian shower, a modern washbasin, a Washing-Machine, a Dryer and a Chrome Towel Dryer, plus storage shelf (hairdryer provided), the fixture is equipped with A Bluetooth speaker, you can take your shower while listening to your favorite music or radios via your IPHONE or Android.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION :

Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the streets, with their shops, bars and restaurants.

Close to supermarkets, the famous organic fresh market Richard Lenoir and most quaint “Marché d'Aligre” with its covered market from the 18th Century and its external stalls (good local products and small flea market).

From the Place de la Bastille you will find the famous VIADUC ARTS & its PROMENADE PLANTEE:

This old railway track has been renovated into a beautiful garden, you can smell the ancient roses lining the promenade.

Under its arches are settled Craftsmen, Art Masters and Designers.

From the Place de la Bastille, begins the famous Marais district, the oldest of the capital, where you will discover museums (Carnavalet, Picasso, Museum of Arts & Crafts ...), many art galleries, creative designers of all kinds, and the famous PLACE des VOSGES - the oldest square in Paris, inaugurated for engagement of king Louis XIII & Anne of Austria.

You will be 20 minutes walk from Notre Dame (south, crossing the Seine) and via Ile Saint Louis, where the best Parisian glacier BERTHILLON is located.

30 minutes walk from the Boulevard Saint-Michel and Saint Germain des Prés.

To move around, you will be close to the metro station "Bastille", with three metro lines (line 1 or 5 or 8) which will take you directly to all the tourist spots, such as Châtelet, Louvre Museum, Opéra, Champs Elyses ... direct lines will take you to the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, and easy connexions to the airports (Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle).

Besides are many bus lines, as easy & convenient to use than the subway.

We booked this apartment for a half term family trip after being let down by a previous booking and were not disappointed- booking was easy, owners are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and the apartment is in a fantastic location, clean and well equipped. Thoroughly recommended!

How do damage deposits work?
