This beautifully recently renovated apartment is located in a classic Parisian building, the ground/lower ground level without an elevator. It is accessible via a securely coded door, then with keys to get into the apartment that features a private entrance.

The apartment features two modern kitchens, with induction stoves, coffee makers, kettles and more! Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. Both apartments also feature washing and drying machines for your convenience so you can pack lightly and save room in your luggage for souvenirs!

There are cosy living areas with sofas and flat screen TVs. You will have access to free cable with a mix of French and international channels. A fast and free WIFI connection is also available so you can stay connected throughout your stay. There are also small dining tables off of each kitchen, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before a day of sightseeing!

There are two bathrooms, one of which features a stand up shower and one of which has a bathtub. Each has a toilet and washbasin too. Fresh towels are provided for all guests as well as a hair dyer and starter kit of shampoos and soaps.

The first two bedrooms located on the ground floor. Each feature a comfortable double bed and cupboards to store your belongings. Downstairs, on the lower level are two more bedrooms. They too feature double beds and ample cupboard space. Note also that all beds will be freshly made up upon arrival with clean linens provided.

This spacious apartment is perfect for a large family of 8, or for two groups looking to stay together in the City of Lights while still enjoying a bit of privacy. The location of this apartment could not be better and more central, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.

- Checkout is by 10:00AM.

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of people allowed.
