About the apartment:

This beautiful and peaceful property is located on the 1st floor of a secure and private building with coded access and your own individual key. The apartment is recently renovated and very modern, with a calm and chic design throughout.

On entering the apartment, you are greeted by a large and luminous open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living room contains an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed to accommodate an additional guest if needed. There is a flat screen television with cable where you’ll find a mix of French, English and foreign language channels. The living room looks out onto the street below but the windows are double glazed so the flat remains quiet.

Off the living area is a dining table and chairs for 4 people where you can sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal using the produce purchased at the nearby Boulevard Raspail farmers’ market.

The kitchen contains a 4-plate induction stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, teakettle, coffee maker and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and other essentials to allow you to cook at home. There is also a clothes washing machine, which will allow you to pack a little lighter. The machine does not have a drying function but a drying rack is provided. You will also find an iron and board in the flat.

Moving past the living room, you will find the bathroom. There is a combination shower/bathtub, hand sink, large mirror and toilet. Complementary toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also included to start of your stay. Luxury bath towels are also provided for all guests. You will also find a hair dryer so no need to pack one! In the hallway you’ll find a small wardrobe where you can hang your clothes.

Across from the bathroom lies the first bedroom. This room contains a large and comfortable double bed, bedside lamps and tables, a cupboard to store your belongings. There is also a small writing desk for those who need to get a little work done. This room overlooks the street but has double-glazed windows and shutters so you are sure to have a quiet night’s sleep and not be woken up too early by the morning light.

The second bedroom is located at the end of the hallway. This room also has a double bed with a nice mattress. All sheets and liens are provided and you will find the bed neatly made up upon arrival. This bedroom overlooks the quiet interior courtyard of the building.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm weather be in the forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the apartment with tips and suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris.

About the 6th Arrondissement:

If you weren’t yet convinced to book from the apartment itself, just consider the property’s location on the border of the fun and playful St Germain and the prestigious 7th arrondissement. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to make a stop at Le Bon Marché and the Bon Epicerie during your stay, just 5 minutes walk from the flat!

Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame on foot. With its close proximity to the metro stations Saint Placide (Line 4) and Duroc (Lines 10 and 13), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. The Eiffel Tower and Invalides are just a mere 10-minute bus ride away! Just hop on the Metro to reach the Pantheon and Latin Quarter, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more!

Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights. Shorter stays accepted IF the booking fits our calendar. Check-in from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM. Checkout by 10:00AM. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Regarding a late check-in (after 7:00PM): In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee is 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee it’s 80 €. After 1:00AM it is 100€.
