LocationThis apartment in Paris is very well located in the 17th district, next to the 16th and the 8th districts, and is only a few steps away from the Champs Elyses. All the shops that you could need are very close, such as a supermarket, bakeries, caterer and fish shop, as well as the high end shops on the most famous avenue in the world. You will particularly love the well known Poncelet market nearby, beloved by the inhabitants, where fresh fruit and vegetables are available and butchers offer their wares. Not to be missed is the fish shop Daguerre Mare, which is one of the best in Paris. Pierre Demours Street itself is very calm, the Lebon Street and its covered market (Le March Couvert des Ternes) are next door. The closest subway stops are Ternes (line 2), Argentine (line 1), Charles de Gaulle Etoile (line 1, 2, 6 and RER A) and Pereire (line 3, RER C) . The access is secured by three gates and an intercom. The building has a lift. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the street but has double glazed windows. The windows of the living-room and the second bedroom look on the balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard planted with trees.LayoutThis 85sqm apartment has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. It can sleep a total of six people. The entrance hall leads to the main room. The living-room features a sofabed (two sleeps 140x190), an elegant wooden coffee table with its four matching seats, a nice leather armchair, a large high definition television and an ethanol fireplace. A dining table has been installed in december 2014, it can accomodate six guests. A lovely balcony with a table and chairs will enable you to have your breakfast enjoying the quiet environment. You will have this delicious feeling to be far away from the city. From the living-room, a small corridor leads to the first bedroom. It features two single beds (80x190). You can also put them together and have a large double bed (160x190). A desk will enable you to work in a quiet place. You can also access the balcony from this bedroom (and reach the living-room on the other side). The first bathroom is located right next to this bedroom. It features a bathtub and a shower head. You will be able to store your clothes in the wardrobe next to the bathroom. Note that there is also a large wardrobe with mirror sliding doors in the entrance hall. From the living area, but on the other side of the apartment, you will find the master bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160x200), a large flat TV opposite the bed, an armchair and a desk, perfect if you need to work in your room. You will be able to store your belongings in the built-in shelves above the desk. This bathroom as an en suite elegant bathroom, featuring a bathtub with shower head just as the other, but with two washbasins. The toilets are located in an independent room giving on the entrance hall. The fitted kitchen is brand new, it is open on the main room. You will therefore be able to watch the cook comfortably installed in the couch ! This apartment can sleep up to six guests. It has been entirely renovated recently (Oct 2011). It features nothing but good quality equipments. The decoration is simple but nice and elegant, and everything has been chosen carefully. It is then comfortable and airy. All in all a perfect Paris apartment with a delightful atmosphere, perfect to enjoy some peace and quiet in a wealthy residential district.
