“Delightful and quiet area”
We only had one bad experience and it was when we arrived, someone should have been there to let us in, as I had communicated with the owner about our arrival time. We had not had sleep for 27 hours and we were supposed to be able to leave our luggage in the apartment until it was cleaned. Luckily we had a phone and called the number given to us. A lady answered with very poor English. She had to ask someone in the background what we were saying. Victoria arrived in 15 minutes to let us in and spoke to us in French most of the time, which we did not understand. Other than that, the apt. is great, wonderful quiet neighborhood, all the comforts of home, except for the awful, lumpy pillows. We would definately rent again if they would replace the pillows. The apt. was very clean and we enjoyed it very much! Thank you Bertrand!
Hello, many thanks for your detailed appreciation. I'm very pleased you felt at home in my apartment and you especially appreciated our comfort and our typical Parisian and quiet neighbourhood. I always want to help my guests out especially with early check-in and late check-out. thereby, I'm sorry you felt disappointed to wait a couple of minutes before you were able to leave your luggages, in the apartment until it was cleaned after the departure of our previous guests. All the furnitures of my apartment are very recent, I'll pay a special attention to the pillows and always change them as much as needed. I will be very pleased to welcome you again in Paris.
“Nice flat in great location”
Well equipped appartment in quiet area. Excellent shops and restaurants within a few hundred metres. RER and Metro stations within 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Victoria was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our week in Paris and are happy to recommend this appartment.
Thanks you very much for your very nice feedback. I'm very pleased you especially appreciated the location of the apartment in our typical Parisian Neighborhood closed to the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed all the shops we have around. I hope to welcome you again very soon. Bertrand
Just what we needed for 3 nights in Paris at the beginning of our holiday for our family of 5. Perfect location for Eiffel Tower and Versailles and located in peaceful residential street - no traffic noise at all. Apartment had everything we needed & was clean and comfortable (:
Thank you very much for your great message ! I am really very happy you enjoyed my flat. I will be very happy to welcome you again in Paris. Bertrand
“A great, central location for all the Paris sights.”
Very nice, spacious flat which easily accommodated me, husband and two teenage sons. Clean, quiet area just as described on the website info and all Paris sights were within easy reach. There was a slight confusion over parking. We thought that one reviewer had written that free street parking was available but it turned out that it's only free during August. We had to park in a nearby multistorey connected to the new shopping complex. Cost was about £30/24hrs which Is probably to be expected in central Paris, but it would have been very useful if car parking tips were included in the information pack at the flat. Info pack was a little sparce actually. Also, one tiny gripe! There was no toilet paper when we arrived, and the last thing we wanted to start our holiday doing was to shop for toilet paper!
Dear Clare, thank you very much for taking the time to send us your feedback after your stay in my apartment. I'm delighted that you spent some wonderful days in Paris. I 'm sorry for the inconvenience about toilet paper and will be even more vigilant in the future. Looking forwards to welcoming you again. Best regards, Bert
“Excellent stay in Paris!”
The apartment was large and well furnished. All of the main rooms opened up onto a beautiful, quiet courtyard, so it was comfortable even without air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (except the food, of course, and that was a short walk away). The lobby was secure, and the elevators - though small - worked without fail. It was great having a washer and dryer in the apartment - they got a lot of use. The owner, Bertrand, was great to deal with, and went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed to use appliances, get around Paris, and have an enjoyable stay. His friend Victoria was also helpful - though her English was somewhat limited, (but much better than my French) we were still able to communicate just fine. The only problem we had was that taxi drivers had a hard time finding the apartment - the one downside for staying on a quiet street. We finally started carrying a map with the street highlighted, and that helped. When we were ready to leave, Victoria called for a car to take us to the airport. Our 3-night stay in Paris was far too short, and we plan to return for a longer stay. If and when we do, we plan to stay here again.
thank you very much for writing a review after your stay. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you again, next time you visit Paris. Best regards
This apartment was very comfortable for our family of five (two twin beds, one double and one sofabed). It had a well-equipped kitchen and was bright, spacious and clean. The owner supplied full details on how to operate the various appliances and provided some supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc, meaning we could focus our shopping on baguettes and cheese! The location is great, an easy walk to metro or RER and to many supermarkets, boulangerie and restaurants, and only a mile and a half from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was nice and quiet as it does not face the street. Bertrand was helpful and accommodating, adjusting our checkout time to allow for a later departure so we didn't have to struggle around Paris with a suitcase. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to go to this apartment again
Thank you very much for kind words regarding your recent stay at Eiffel Tower Village Saint Charles. I'm very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I hope to welcome you soon back again in Paris.
“Séjour professionnel tout confort dans un appartement bien situé”
Séjour d'une semaine avec 3 collègues de travail. L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé. Il est idéalmeent situé. L'accueil a été excellent et le propriétaire toujours avide de donner des informations et de répondre rapidement à toutes les questions. Je recommande sans aucune réserve cet appartement
Bonjour, nous sommes ravi que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour dans notre appartement. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.
An apartment perfectly suited to our needs, so clean and freshly decorated with all necessities catered for. If you want to spend some time in Paris immersed in the life of the locals as well as being within easy reach of all the touristy bits this is the apartment for you. The local market on Rue St Charles is absolutely fantastic, a feast for the senses. The weekend was so lovely and warm so the heating was unnecessary but lots of fresh air can be let in through the open doors and the little balcony a bonus. One small improvement could be a toilet roll holder in the loo!
Dear Cathy, many thanks again for choosing our apartment for your stay in Paris and for your very nice feedback. Hope to welcome you again in Paris. BR, Bertrand
“Lovely apartment in a great location”
We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing advice before we arrived and allowing us a late check-out before our evening flight home to Australia. The apartment is well equipped with a range of kitchen items so we were able to cook meals each night. The TV has plenty of channels, there is free Wi-Fi plus a washer, dryer and hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and it was good to have so much space for our family ( 2 adults and 2 children). The location was very convenient- close to a range of shops including a wonderful bakery and even a hairdresser. We could walk to many nearby attractions, including the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty, but it was also very close to train stations (Metro and RER)for longer trips. We enjoyed the apartment very much and would definitely use it again.
Many thanks for your valuable feedback. I'm waiting for your next visit to Paris !
“Well Furnished, New, Spacious apartment in great location”
I think it is rare to find such a spacious 2 bedroom apartment at such a great price and i have rented a few in Paris! It is exactly as advertised, the beds were comfortable and bedding and towels all new. Hair dryer and iron and ironing board and even a travel cot should you need it. It was a fully fitted well equipped kitchen including an oven and proper coffee maker, so you could properly cook. This was great as it is situated a stones throw from rue Saint Charles full of great delicatessens, butchers, bakers, cake shops, fruit and vegetable shops etc... And has a market twice a week. You will want to cook! The 15th is my favourite area of Paris. A short walk to the Eiffle Tower in one direction and Parc Citroen in the other, lots of interesting streets and restaurants to discover near by like rue de commerce. There is a bus you can get which takes you past most tourist attractions and ends at gare du nord! Several metro stops near by if you don't like walking! And javel RER is 5 minute walk and it will tke you to Versailles in 20 minutes!! My husband and 3 year old and I had a great week there and would happily rent it again!!
Many thanks Nathalie for your feedback. I'm waiting for your next visit to Paris !
