Located at the 6th and top floor of a typical mid 19th century building, the apartment has an elevator and is 150m2.

It includes a big living room with an open kitchen, a master suite with bathroom and toilets, two kid rooms with their own bathroom and toilet; a mezzanine.
The mezzanine is used for TV and also features a convertible sofa if an extra room is needed.

Despite being in the heart of Paris, the flat is extremely quiet and very light and sunny thanks to its 11 windows and 4 roof windows.
It has a unique 360° roof top view and a secret view on Montmartre from the mezzanine!
The 4.50m high ceiling in the living room is will make you feel as if you were in a big house, on the roofs.

The kitchen is fully equipped; we also have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, high speed Internet and TV.

Our loft was fully renovated in March 2013. It took several months of work with an amazing architect and a team of builders.

Passionate by architecture and decoration, we've been very involved in the project and we love the result!

We also have a few top brand nice pieces of furniture we carefully chose.

This is our family flat we rent during our holidays. We enjoy taking good care of it.

We are a family of four. My wife and myself work in the media industry. We have two daughters aged 1 and 3.

The flat will be perfect for a couple or a family.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200).
The mezzanine has a convertible double bed (140x190)
Kid room 1 has a single bed (90x200) (note that on the picture the former baby bed appears but we now have a bigger one)
Kid room 2 has a baby bed (possibility to install an additional comfy inflatable bed for an adult, in this room, if needed)

Located rue Saint Lazare, a safe residential street.
Opéra and Grands Boulevards (Printemps, Galeries Lafayettes) is 10mn walk
Rue des Martyrs is 2mn walk with several shops and restaurants
Montmartre is 15mn walk
Louvre and Palais Royal is 15mn walk

Several metro and velib stations nearby.
