Infinity sea view hillside villa with private pool is a stylish 3-bedroom villa of 90 sq. meters, situated on the hill above Parikia town with a private Infinity swimming pool & Jacuzzi offering panoramic views of Parikia’s bay and the nearby islands and an amazing sunset.

It is part of a small complex of 3 private Villas, conveniently located in a picturesque countryside hill, 2 km from the port of Parikia and the city center, 2,5 km from Livadia beach and 12 km from the airport.

Expertly dressed and comfortably minimal designed, can accommodate up to 7 guests.

It consists of 3 bedrooms with wardrobes equipped with high quality mattresses, bedclothes and feather pillows (the first and second with a king size bed each and the third with one double and 1 single beds).

A private Infinity swimming pool of 60 sq. meters with jetted water in one corner and sun loungers will offer you relaxation and massage at the same time. Feel the Aegean breeze in front of your eyes and below your feet.

It features Wi-Fi Internet connection, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, safe-box, iron with ironing board, hairdryer and terraces with shading. It also has 3 modern walk-in bathrooms with rainfall shower, a lobby with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, kettle, espresso machine and a microwave.

We deliver it to you clean with towels, sheets, beach towels, slippers and bathroom amenities for all people. There is a free service every 4 days and if you wish you can have more services on request at an extra cost. The doors and windows are with double glasses and window screens. The property has a private entrance and parking area.

It is vibrant and fresh as it is only for summer use and nobody stays in all the other period.

This is where summer memories are created.
