Spectacular house located directly overlooking crystal clear water and reached only by sea. The house - featured both in Conde Nast US and the UK's Sunday Times - has a modern, clean touch and catches the best of the sea views. It is perfect for families or groups of friends, honeymooners looking for something special and unusual (special price for 2!), water sport lovers, for those that want to explore or who just want to relax. Beautiful colonial Paraty is only 20 mins away, and in the other direction are the region's most beautiful beaches.

Price includes English speaking meet and greet, food and drink shopping service, return boat transfer and a boat trip, daily maid service, breakfast, internet, local phone to call remote concierge, sky TV.

There are 3 double rooms en suite rooms that face the sea (beds for 6 - 8 people total) all with ceiling fans.

A fully equipped kitchen, a small library of CDs, DVDs and books, a selection of board games, 2 double kayaks, 2 Stand UP Paddles.

During your stay choose to relax or explore by foot or kayak. Alternatively, hire your own boat and boatman / guide who can show you the best spots and beaches, and take you to and show you around beautiful Paraty.

Children are welcome and it's a wonderful environment for fun and exploration. Be aware that there is not a big garden or flat area apart from the house's large veranda and deck (with safety gate). The closest sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away (or paddle) and it is very calm and protected (no waves).

The house has a travel cot, highchair, spare low height beds. Two of the bedrooms have a connecting door.

Water come from a spring, is filtered for drinking and heated by solar panels.

You will, also have a local mobile phone and be able to call your remote concierge in Paraty if you have any questions while at the house. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
