Description

This impressive and extremely spacious 5 bedroom villa is built to a very high specification, is located directly on the breathtaking coastline, immediately in front of the Mediterranean Sea near Protaras. The location and views are second to none and this outstanding villa is highly recommended.

The air-conditioned entrance leads into an elegant lounge/dining area, furnished with a large dining table and chairs seating up to 10 guests, sofas and armchairs, all in modern style, and equipped with a plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD player and an IPod docking station.

For entertainment a table tennis table and table football are available in the living area.

The kitchen area is separated by a granite-topped sideboard and is equipped with all modern conveniences including a breakfast bar and 3 stools, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and a large American style fridge freezer and addition fridge freezer for extra storage of drinks etc.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor; a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. There is also a separate guest cloakroom with WC and basin.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor landing where you will find an atrium with beautiful lighting that overlooks the lounge and dining area. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, and clothes dryer. The master double bedroom features a dressing area and a luxurious en suite bathroom. There are three further twin bedded rooms, one with an en suite shower room. A family bathroom is also located on this floor. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony, offering breathtaking views over the swimming pool and lawn, to the clear blue water of the Bay in front and further panoramic sea views stretching as far as the eye can see.

All bedrooms, the lounge, dining area, and lobby are air conditioned, and there is also central heating throughout, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. Please note that the villa has an electricity meter installed for the air conditioning. An allowance of 100 Euros per week is included in the rental rate (see rental rates for further details) which is more than adequate - Donna will take a reading on arrival.

This villa also has wireless internet connection.

Baby cot and highchair are available on request (see rental rates).

Outside, a covered veranda is set with a dining table, lounge chairs, sunbeds and large umbrella, in front of the large swimming pool, measuring 12m x 5m, with walk-in steps. For you to enjoy al fresco dining the villa offers a built in barbecue area. Lawned gardens interspersed with Palm trees lead to a pathway which offers access to a small, natural sandy beach (reached via a flight of steps).

A couple of minutes stroll from the villa brings you to an organised beach with easy access, sunbeds and umbrellas.

Please note: The villa is not available to single gender groups (ie. families only), or groups under 25 years old.

Getting around

It is recommended that you hire a car to explore the local area nd in fact the whole of Cyprus. However there are buses that go through Kapparis that will take you to the town of Paralimni and from there onwards to Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos. You can also get local buses to Pernera, Protoras and Agia Napa We can recommend a taxi company who are associated with Gr8padz and are registered and insured.

Interaction with guest

We are just a phone call away when you arrive to make sure you are happy with the accommodation, no matter what time of day or night your arrival time is. We give directions to a well known tourist point and escort you to the accommodation. Helping you to keep the stress of finding the apartment to a minimum. On a 9 night stay or longer we will change linen and towels, empty all the bins and remove rubbish half way through your holiday, at an additional cost If you need us at any point we live just down the road and will be there to help when we can. We have a 24 hour emergency contact number for you to use during your vacation
